fishtank's own 2010 football antics - Bristol Media 5 Aside.. we arrived.. we cheered.. we played.. got kicked out in the first round.. we left with our tails between our legs!

Despite the tankers being an all girl band, we managed to entice the boys from our sister company, Ashton consulting, to form the fishtank Sharks (thank you boys). All kitted out and hyped up ready to kick some media butts we arrived promptly and were ready to go! We started off with a good game by drawing with Team Rubber, followed by a 1 goal loss to Epoch B. Support came from the infamous tanker cheerleaders, who seemed to enjoy the event more than the players, and who brought with them much cheering and pitch side pom-pom shaking! Unfortunately our final game came when we were beaten by Riverside Monsters, which sadly saw our honourary tankers out of the tournament.

All cheered and played out we gave in to the BBQ, live music and cold beverages! Another fun day had by all attended, although we didn't come home with gold, our Ashton boys were still the tankers' heroes for taking part!  Well done to the Smith and Williamson team that put us all to shame and won the event. We may have been defeated (again), but we will be back next year. Go fishtank Sharks!
